Elder Moore was called into the ministry on June 9, 1985. He became an ordained Elder in COGIC in August 1989. Elder Moore is the founder of GRM and on April 15, 1990 they had their first service in the basement of his home. GRM mission is to win souls for the Kingdom of God.
During the Fall of 2005, the Lord placed in his Spirit and heart to begin a new work however this work would be different. It was with much reservation, prayer, and tears that he finally said "yes" to the Lord. In the spring of 2007 the ground work was begun for Pentecostal Ministries International, Inc. On January 19, 2008, Elder Moore was consecrated to the office of Bishop of PMI. He is the Chief Overseer of Eight churches which are now united to the fellowship. PMIs' mission is to embrace all Independent Churches regardless of their denominational affiliation. To God Be The Glory!
